Welcome to Homestead Pass (Recipes)

Updated: Aug 5, 2023

I'm excited to share my new series with you! The Lazy M Ranch series, set in the fictional town of Homestead, Oklahoma, debuts on April 25, 2023, with The Baby Inheritance.

A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. Proverbs 17:17 King James

The Homestead Pass series is set in Homestead Pass, Oklahoma.

Lazy M Cattle Ranch in Homestead Pass, Oklahoma, is home to the Morgans, cowboy bachelors Drew, Sam, Trevor, Lucas, and patriarch Grandpa Gus. These reluctant cowboys find the path to love and the future the good Lord has planned for them.

The Baby Inheritance is filled with rich characters and lots of food talk. Thanks to my cousin, Mary-Ellen, for this recipe for Italian Ricotta Cookies. If you like Lemon Ricotta Cookies, here's a link to those.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to the ricotta mixture.
