My Critique Partner is a critiquing service. (Not an editing service.) This affordable service is provided to help emerging writers develop craft and take their skill-set to the next level.
Critiquing evaluates:
Goal, Motivation, and Conflict
Plotting
Scene and Sequel
Continuity
Word choice
POV
Active Writing
Characterization
And all the elements taught in my popular workshop offered yearly, Self-Editing for Beginners.
Rates:
Proposal up to 60 pages including a synopsis- $75.00
Full manuscript up to 60,000 words $500
Full manuscript up to 90,000 words $700
All services are paid via Paypal only. 1/2 of the total amount is due at the start of the project and 1/2 when complete.
A $25 non-refundable fee is charged to hold a calendar date. That fee is applied to your balance when the project begins.
I may ask for a sample of your writing to evaluate whether I am a good fit for you. This will also help to determine turnaround time. Do request a free critique sample of one page of your manuscript to determine if I am a good fit for your needs. Additionally, feel free to request references from my clients.
